Instant Pot Noodle Recipe

To make this pot noodles recipe, gather your ingredients:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

1 packet of instant noodles

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 small onion, sliced

1 small carrot, julienned

1/2 cup cabbage, shredded

1/2 cup bean sprouts

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced scallions, fried egg, sliced chicken or shrimp

Instructions:

1.Cook the instant noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.


2.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.


3.Add the sliced onion, julienned carrot, shredded cabbage, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.


4.Add the minced garlic to the skillet and continue stir-frying for another minute until fragrant.


5.Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked instant noodles to the other side. Break up the noodles gently with a fork or tongs to separate them.


6.Drizzle soy sauce and oyster sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


7.Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.


8.If desired, you can add additional toppings like sliced scallions, a fried egg, or cooked chicken or shrimp. Simply place them on top of the fried noodles and heat for an additional minute to warm them up.


9.Once everything is cooked and well combined, remove the skillet from heat.


10.Transfer the fried instant noodles to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with any additional toppings or herbs of your choice.


11.Serve the fried instant noodles hot and enjoy!
